Vehicle details: your registration number, and the make, model, year and tyre sizes we look up from it, so we can match the right tyres and parts.
Where the work will happen: the postcode or address you give us for fitting.
Your bookings and quotes, the messages you send us and any photos you add to a request.
Account details: your email address. You sign in with a one-time code we email you, so we do not hold a password for you unless you choose to set one.
Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site secure.

How we use it

To quote for, book and carry out the work you ask for.
To contact you about your booking, your quote or your vehicle.
To keep a record of the work we have done for you.
To send you offers, only if you have signed up for them.

We do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

The assistant on this site

This site has an assistant that uses artificial intelligence to help you describe the job. What you type or say to it is processed to write your request. Please do not give it card details or passwords.

Who we share it with

The provider of our website and booking software, Requex, which stores this information for us.
Our payment provider, and the services that send our emails and messages.
If you ask for work outside the area we cover and you agree to it, the partner garage that will do the work. They are named to you before you confirm.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to look after your bookings, honour guarantees and meet our legal and tax duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details on this website. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority.
